Our Story

Pinkkees Global Services Ltd began in 2007 as a personal passion project—baking pastries, offering free trainings, styling wardrobes, and creating fashion pieces—all from a deep love for creativity and service. What started as a one-woman venture rooted in talent and heart has evolved into a multi-service company with a bold mission: to solve real problems for real people.

In 2015, the business officially transitioned into a registered limited liability company, expanding to include a team of competent professionals and extending its offerings to serve both individuals and organizations more holistically.

Today, Pinkkees stands as a proudly African-owned, female-led, one-stop solution hub offering bespoke HR & Business Consulting, Recruitment & Talent Services, African Food Exports, Fashion Styling & Personal Shopping, Sourcing & Supplies, and Event Management.

About The Founder

Faith Osiobe

Founder, Pinkkees Global Services Ltd

A multi-talented professional and creative at heart, Faith Osiobe is the dynamic founder of Pinkkees Global. With over 17 years of cross-industry experience, she combines deep HR expertise with entrepreneurial ingenuity to power the company’s diverse services.

Faith holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool, UK, a Postgraduate Certificate in Chinese Language & Literature, a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry, and a Diploma in Food & Brewery Science, along with multiple certifications in People Management, Managing Employee Performance, Researcher Management & Leadership, and Business Strategy.

From leading HR and consulting, to driving the implementation and execution of projects and programs across 53 oil-producing communities to building a thriving fashion brand and pioneering African food exports, Faith is proof that versatility, vision, and values can drive excellence.

She is also a Global Ambassador for the University of Liverpool Alumni Network, a fashion enthusiast, a language lover fluent in Mandarin, and a sought-after HR consultant across Nigeria and the UK.
